OBJECT
The present conditions have as principal goal to define the Sell’s General Conditions between the User and Casa Azul, from the purchase act to the deferent services Casa Azul can offer, such as the payment methods and delivery conditions.
ORDERS
The User can make its online order at www.casaazul.pt
To accomplish your order successfully, some personal data may be required such as your e-mail address, your name, address and telephone number. All the obligatory fields must be filled.
By making any online purchase, the user accepts the Sell’s General Conditions and the products’ prices and descriptions. When a product is not available, Casa Azul compromises itself to inform and repay the User within 30 (thirty) days counting from the day the unavailability was noticed.
DELIVERY
Your order will be delivered within 2 or 3 workdays.
Customs and importation taxes:
Due to the different customs policies and importation taxes, Casa Azul doesn’t have the control over eventual costs that may be applied when the order arrives to the reception country, becoming impossible to foresee the exact value of those taxes. If you have any doubt, you should contact the local customs’ service before making your order.
PRICES’ POLICY
Products’ prices are showed en Euros, with taxes included. Casa Azul reserves the right to make any price and specification changes without any early warning.
SHIPPING POLICY
For Portugal and Spain, we have free shipping from 80 €. In a lower purchase, the cost of transportation may vary according to weight with a minimum value of € 5.35.
For the rest of europe the cost of postage is borne by the customer . The minimum shipping cost is € 6.45 and may vary depending on weight.

EXCHANGES AND RETURNS
Before any returning procedure please make sure that the product:
- is complete (if it is a set)
- has not been washed
- is in the respective package

REFUND POLICY
Vitor Manuel & Maria de Lurdes Domingues Lda accepts the exchange or return of your items in online purchases within a maximum period of 30 days, as long as they have not been used. The Customer / user has the right to claim any defect, incorrectness or inadequacy of the product in relation to what was ordered.
The transport expenses originated by the exchange or return are the responsibility of the customer. In this situation, only the value of the items is refunded, the cost of shipping being borne by the customer. When shipping is free, the amount to be refunded will be deducted from the shipping cost paid.
In the event that the return is at the origin of a logistical error by Vitor Manuel & Maria de Lurdes Domingues Lda, the same, only after contacting the customer, will proceed to collect the item, assuming the costs of the return, as well as the postage. of shipping the correct product.
Vitor Manuel & Maria de Lurdes Domingues Lda does not accept returns sent with postage paid or with a refund.
Cancellation policy
The return and exchange of articles must respect the following conditions:
Return of articles in good condition, with complete original packaging and accompanied by the respective invoice;
Exchanges of personalized items according to the Customer's specifications are not accepted.

All items will be checked upon arrival at our service and will only be accepted for exchange or return, those who respect the return conditions.
If you choose to return the amount we inform you that:
The refund is made by the same payment method in accordance with the wishes expressed by the Client. In the case of payment by Bank Transfer, we request that you provide us with a NIB so that we can make the return faster.
In the event of having received damaged items, Vitor Manuel & Maria de Lurdes Domingues Lda will schedule their collection at the location you indicate, in the same shipping area as the original order, without any charges to the Customer.
The return will be made after checking the product status within 48 hours.
Vitor Manuel & Maria de Lurdes Domingues Lda reserves the right not to accept articles that do not comply with these conditions.
Right of Free Resolution
Right of free termination of the contract when entering into a Contract as a consumer, the User has the legally established right to terminate the Contract within 14 days of its conclusion, without having to give any reason for its decision. The free resolution period expires 14 days after the date on which the User, or on which third parties - other than the carrier - designated by the User, receive the goods by hand, or, in the case of several goods in a single order delivered separately after 14 days after the date on which the User, or on which third parties - other than the carrier - designated by the latter take physical possession of the last product in the order. To exercise the right of free termination of the contract, the User can notify CASA AZUL, at the address of CASA AZUL, a private limited company, headquartered at Esplanada, 4930 Valença or by contacting us through our contact form, informing us of your decision to terminate the Contract by making an unambiguous statement (for example, a letter sent by post or email). The User may use the model of the resolution form contained in the Annex to this document. However, the User can exercise his right of free resolution by any means, and the use of any of the referred means is not mandatory. In order to comply with the term for the free termination of the contract, it is sufficient that you send us your communication informing us of the exercise of your right of withdrawal before the end of the term for exercising the right of free termination of the contract. The deadline will be considered fulfilled if the goods are returned before the 14-day period has expired. The User is responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods. The customer is responsible only for any possible decrease in the value of the goods resulting from delivery, and not for what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
